What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we flipped through it several times a day?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?

What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to kids as gifts?
What if we used it in case of an emergency?
What if we upgraded it to get the latest version?

Oh, and one more thing. ..

Unlike our cell phone, we dont ever have to worry about our bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill!

This week is really really busy. We are having our vbs(vacation bible school) this week from 3-6 pm daily and it takes so much energy and preparation,but I've got it pretty much taken care of as far as setting it up goes and the youth who are being awesome biblegroup teachers and everything else they do as far as program goes. We are doing the SonTreasure Island curriculum, and it is soo neat :) you can check it out online if you want :) ok commercial is over now :) we just had our first day today and we had 19 show up which was great for the first day, I already know about kids who are coming tomorrow who were not here today so that is just great. It was a fun time for all of us , even the staff. so keep this in your prayers ok? I took loads of pictures today and will post them here soon, haven't got them to the computer yet :)

im really tired so I think im gonna go.. this day has just been exhausting.. loads of running around, but has also been greatly blessed by God :) ill update you soon!

Danielle and Mejee sitting on the hard lava(and me too but im taking the picture) and resting. it was soo dark outside and the flash of the camera hurt eyes so thats why it is a funny picture :) The sign up is one of the warning signs when we were getting closer to the lava and the edge of the cliff !

The red light on the picture is flowing lava at night. and the other pictures are already hardened lawa few years ago that you can walk on when you go to see the lava flow. when we went there it was dark and there is miles of hardened lava we walked on. funny thing was that we only had 1 flashlight for 3 people so it was soo hard to see anything, but it was cool... the pictures of lava i took when i was the closest to it. we turned back because we got tired of walking and knowing that we had to walk all the way back too was just crazy so we just turned around!!! but it was still pretty close and the pictures are neat. the one picture that is taken when it wasnt dark yet is pretty much what the way to the lava looks like and what we walked on. Hard lava!

I am going through the first week without physical therapy for a loong time. Seems really long anyway. It helped tho, so i dont have anything bad to say .. just glad it is over for now. i have a check up may 11 and i hope my back is fine now. im tired of going back and forth to doctors..

Other than that, just been busy working. VBS is coming up starting May 30th so im doing plannning for that and just trying to get things done for it + all the regular stuff thats going on..

i miss seasons. thats one thing ive been thinking about today. miss the spring time, do you know how boring it is when you wake up and every single day you know that it is warm outside, even when it rains...

anyway, so that was just a little update on me, maybe youve wondered why i havent blogged lately, but im still here, havent forgotten any one of you!

would be a good time to update this heh? well... its just been kinda slow here lately,other than being in honolulu a lot, and flying there and flying back and there and back.after the HIM conference i was back here for about 5 days and then went back for womens conference. and this week has just been work and physical therapy. i have one more time to go,this coming thursday, and then on tuesday im going back to my regular doctor. im doing better, i can actually move more, i do have pain but it is not as strong as before.

i got a package from siiri with loads of estonian candy and chocolate :) THANK YOU! been really enjoying eating it:) reminds me all that i miss from home and brings back memories:)

Flying to Honolulu in about 5 hours. exciting yeah. will be there til saturday night for the HIM conference. HIM stands for Hawaiian Islands Ministries.... :P . im excited because there will be great worship music and great speakers too im sure. i cant really remember any names right now tho.... :) oh well, but ive heard great things about this conference so im excited :) it will just be awesome to get to hear about God more, and just to get to worship with other people and learn about Him.

My back is still hurting....i just went to physical therapy this morning.... and i still havent heard any results from the tests.. but hopefully soon.....

.. thats been part of my life for the last 2 days. My back is just hurting really bad again, was only like 2 weeks that it was ok and now its just back as it was, as it has been for the last 3 months. So i decided to go to see my regular doctor this time, since it is actually covered by my medical, not a chiropractic... so he had xrays done and bloodwork and he sent me to physical therapy too. I think the results come in today, or monday latest.. so hopefully ill find out soon whats wrong. The physical therapy doctor, he thinks that my left hip is not located right... but he is not sure if that would be causing the pain i have so right now im just waiting to get back the results of all the stuff they had done on me.. anyway.. today is just another really painful day. i can hardly walk and sit, cause the pain is just constant, even if i just lay down..... always there and its been really strong today... im still going to work too and it is getting harder and harder to get anything done... ill let you know when the results come in ..

Had youth councils just last weekend in this division. All or Nothing for God. Was great time . And the young people had a blast. The overall theme was that 'In every beliver, there is a hero ready to be set free, so we had videoclips of different superhero auditions, that we made up for the video with the young people who come to the youth night that we have on fridays and there was batman clips that we did too,tied in with real batman movie clips.. it was soo hilarious... There was also different 'crazy classes" for the youth to take part.. like 'love stinks' and Myspace, yourspace about blogging and the pros and cons about that.. and there was a biblestudy class and another one that i cant think of right now.. and the kids had fun swimming and just hanging out in fellowship too, plus all the games and other programs like girls nite out and boys nite out, and the different speakers who spoke throughout the weekend, im sure touched the hearts of the young people too... and 6 boys and 6 girls had a chance to go out and to Inreach Outreach,praying with the homeless who live in their tents by the ocean, and just giving out giftcards for them.. It was just so awesome to see how the young peolple just praise God and want to give their ALL to God in every way and through everything they do in life, even if it is just talking to someone and showing friendship and love through that...

It has been raining nontstop for the last day and they say it wont end til wednesday... it was so loud last night that it kept me awake and i didnt sleep well anyway.. kept seeying bad dreams.. and every time i closed my eyes i just started seeying bad stuff again... whats wrong with me? .. and then have i told you that i live right next door to a firestation.. yeah.. fun too. they only go out at least 3-5 times every night with their loud sounds on :)..but well at least they are there to help yeah?

i got the apartement that i applied for. signed the contract yesterday, will move in on monday most likely since thats when the electricity will be turned on. the place is nice. its a one bedroom, with opened kitchen(kitchen is bigger than my corps officers :) ) and a huge living room which is nice :) well i dont have anything yet other than a bed, sofa and a table but im getting there :) the kitchen part is furnished and have washer and a dryer too so it really a blessing from God. i dont have any pictures yet but as soon as i setttle in ill post them :)

Guess what? i drove today. from and old aiport(i started off at the airport because we were close to it, after being to the electricity place where i had to get a contract at) on a highway back to the corps.WAS GREAT FUN:)

This morning.. ON MY DAY OFF... i had to wake up... BEFORE 9 cause i had the doctors appointement. so i got up around 7.50 am i think, and got ready to go out, eventually left the house around 9.15, kelley drove me to the doctors, a chiropractic. so i filled in a bunch of paperwork, handed it in, waited for like 10 minutes and then the doctor came and got me. asked me loads of questions.. asked me to bend over and turn my head..:) so i did. With just looking at me she said i have something called... :) i cant remember what it is called. who can remember the medical weird words :) anyway, my spine was just out of place big time, like it was supposed to be straight, but it was just curved right on top and left on the lower back.and thats why my back was hurting. the parts of my spine were pushing my nerves in my back. crazy. so she had me lay down on the table.. and started cracking my bones. when she was cracking my neck it was scary. BUT I SURVIVED.. and have to go back next thrusday for another session. I have a feeling it will be a place that i will have to visit every now and then since my back is just weird.. she got most of my spine fixed tho, just have to keep going back every now and then to make sure it stays that way. by the way, we had to pay 115 dollars for todays visit :) but next one will only be 40.. Since its the second visit. BUT well its ok. As long as i can live a better life without pain.. :) please keep praying for me, i still have some pain in my back since my nerves were hurt and it will take time to recover..

so thats the update on that :)

yeah you wouldnt think that it would rain here in hawaii a lot but the last two days it has rained a lot.. even the last week.. and i love it. it is really nice because the temperature goes down and it is just perfect outside .... for me at least :) hawaiians think it is cold:):)

Ok so now i have got to the point where sometimes it is hard to understand what these people mean... cause they just use weird words... some of it is called hawaiian but they also speak weird english... weird to me at least.... like they call fridge an ice box:)... some of the hawaiian words ive learned are PUKA... that means a hole, and about everything that they talk about they say.... you know te kine! that can mean anything tho.. so unless you know the other person and know what she is talking about, it might be really confusing..... like when someone tells you... you know go get te kine from there! ummmm... get what?:) these people confuse me here sometimes:)

hey guys. im in honolulu right now. got here today. its like a 40 minute flight from hilo. came to the officers chrismtas party... well even tho im not an officer.. but well its a good chance to meet all the officers here so they wanted me to come too. anyway.. the party is tomorrow but well be staying here til thursday. will ge tto do some shopping and go swim in the ocean right after christmas.. crazy i think. today it was like 85 degrees out... talked to my mom today, she said theres perfect snow in tallinn... mmm how badly i want to jump in the snow right now.. well i guess when id be there i would think id want to be on a beach.. so well either way is good. anyway, its nice to be here and i willl try to post some pictures later on too.

hey guys. Well im here now. got here on wednesday. all my flights went ok. Slept most of the way over. just soo tired and well the time difference didnt help any either.. well hawaii is beautiful as you all can imagine. its different tho. this island im on anyway. An old community so, not many last fashion buildings like in tallinn or anywhere else, in big citys. there are big buildings in honolulu tho but thats on another island, like the second island from here. but its nice anyway. well i havet got to many places yet but ive been to some things.. like to the bank and postoffice and went to see a soccer game the first night here. The lutchers( hilo corps officers) have 3 kids, and the oldest daughter playes soccer and they had a game last night so we went to see it. The girls won. it was fun cause well i played soccer for 6 years myself.

The corps here is quite small, just like our Kopli. Its really sweet and the people here are nice too. Loads of volunteers here, and about the same amount of people working on payroll as in kopli again. so reminds me a lot of home. and kelley, the captain here, reminds me so much of you, susan! listening to her makes me feel like i listen to you:)

Ill post some pictures when i take more and get them on the computer too. I soon will have my own little office nad computer to work on, so then it will be easyer. Right now i just use a computer when its free.

Well like everywhere.. during christmas its crazy here. and well whats even crazyer is to have christmas when it is 25 celcius outside. and guess what? they people here say its kinda COLD outside... then again me.. I MISS SNOW SO MUCH! wish i could play a good snowfight.

Anyways, its 6.12 pm and im still at the corps. some things just dont change heh?

It was me and Meg against the men and we played 4 games and lost all of them. yeah. not the best day. not like 2 YEARS AGO WHEN ME AND MEG WON!! it has been a crazy today. well i guess thats how it always is here. interesting. when something goes right another thing goes wrong. and when something gets done something else comes up that needs to be done. like a neverending circle :)

somehting crazy happened today too. one of our staff, anthony,14, has been feeling kinda sick for the last two weeks, and today he just crashed. we called 911 and everything. it was seriously like in an action movie. andnot good when it happens right in the middle of camp and when kids are around. but everything is well now. anthony is in estes park medical center right now. feeling better and probably coming back tonight... if he wakes up :) at first they thought he had a seizure but now they think he didnt. and im not up dated a lot yet so i cant really give you details.

we have had a lot of injurys this summer. last summer it was mainly me, but this last week lisa has been to emergency room 3 times already, and guess what? not with kids but summerstaff members. :) aint that hilarious? i think it is. oh and yeah, guess i havent told you about my "fall of the bunkbed story yet, have i ? umm ill leave that for later :)....

i gotta go now. it is 7.06 pm right now. gotta go and work a little more and the im off for the night. cant wait to go to bed. tomorrow last camp leaves and summercamps are over, other than loads of people coming in outside of the SA. but it will be fun im sure.

Lacey is from mexico and david from states. also laceys brother jonathan works here this summmer and another girl martha from mexico too. mm welll here i am.. sorry that i havent blogged for a while, it is just so hard to make time to get to blog during a week. I AM SO HAPPY IT IS FRIDAY :):) The first set of kids left about 2 hours ago and i just praise the Lord for that. Not that i dont like kids.. but it is awesome to have weekends off. i am weared out. mm the next CS camp will start on monday, right now we have about 90 kids signed up for that, so its going to be wild. mm everything went great last week tho. and God was just so there blessing me through the week, even tho i was sick and weared out by wednesday, but God gave me the time to rest that i really needed, and im feeling a lot better now. i still have some bad headacheds every now and then, and ive taken a lot of painkillers for the last few days but im doing good :)

mmm.. whatelse.. mm i getting out from camp for a littlebit.. going shopping.. mmm yeah.. even tho im kinda broke til next friday.. but it will still be kinda cool to get around the ppl and actually see the world again... :):)you really start feeling like in your own world up here....

it is freezing cold up here. too. well it was ok til yesterday but now it is raining again and it is so cold... oh well..

ill write again sometime this weekend..., and hey.. mm you write me too ok... so far not many have.... that is like non other than keit and some ppl when i had my birthday.... forgotten me already??

Here i am in colorado now.Mmmm yeah. im at the library in estes park right now... came to town to the police station to give fingerprints...yeah.. something we all camp staff have to do here before summer starts. so anyways, i am at the library right now. free internet.. really cool :)

anwyays, um yeah, it has been really cold up here. it ws snowing for 2 days.. great that i dont have anything other than one sweatshir and a pair of jeans heh?? well i do have like other pants but not anythin glike warm or stuff. Mm had to leave some of my clothes home because the estonian air plane only allowed 20 kg other than 32 kg as all the normal planes allow.. but hey, that is a good reason to go shopping after i get my first paycheck heh:) just have to get through til then..... :):) well, im doing ok tho.

had a cool birthday on tuesday ;) :) :) :) mm kinda sad at first but id did turn out to be an awesome day. had people sing to me in estonian and all. and a huge card on the wall that said happy birthday kristi, in estonian! impressive heh? well and lot of other cool thigns on that day too..

mm what else.....i have no batteries so i cant take any pictues yet, havent been to mc donals or taco bell, or any other place yet.. basically um havent been anywhere yet, because it is the staff orientation this week. so.. but weekend is coming up. i have all the weekends off so thats pretty cool.

well, i gotta go for now. but ill be back. with more news really. just wanted to let you all know i am still alive and going.

its been over a month since my last blog.... :) :) :) sorry. well, i promise ill try better from now on. Well since the summer is getting closer, and im leaving in.. :) LESS THAN 2 WEEKS .. :) i most likely will start blogging more often, since i cant afford calling every1. so keep checking back... :)

well, tomorrow.. guess what?? i start my vacation.. mm i know some of you are laughing, because you know me better than this.. :):)but i do promise ill stay out of the office as much as possible.. well i gotta do a lot of packing.. since.. most likely my parents have to move my stuff out of my apartement while away.. and .. right now im just so so tired so i will just spend some quality time with my pillow and blanket next week for sure :):):):):):):):):):):) well, and if i wont then.. its a cool thought that i could :):)

back i am.. well not that ive been anywhere, but i havent really blogged anything for quite a while.. just havent had anything to blog about....not that i have anything to blog about now.. but i just thought id let you know i am still alive and well.. :)

dont know why but ive just been sooo tired lately.. yeah i know... im always tired... :) anyways, lately going to bed at 9pm is like normal and every day thing... to ME at least. My little sis thinks ive gone crazy, because she keeps saying she can hardly wait til she is old enough to go and hang out late, and she thinks im just totally weird. well, ive never said im not so.. :)

well, it is my day off.. finally, so im just hanging out and doing nothing today.. other than getting tired and resting of doing nothing... stop laughing...... it makes sense to me :) anyways Ill go now because i have a lot of "nothing" to continue... :) and i am getting hungry over here.. :)

Please pray for my younger brother Elvis. I know many of you dont know him, but he is going through hard times right now. He is 13. For some reason he is not wanting to go to school, and he hasnt been to school for about 5 weeks now. He just does not move from home. He does not go out at all. Its like he lives in his own world. Now.. dont get me wrong. He is normal.... hes not mentally ill or something like that. he is a normal teenage boy... i just do not know what is goin on in his life. But i do know that my family is suffering for him and with him.. he just does not listen to anyone.. and even if he does at some point... he still does not end up going to school. i dont want you to start thinkin.. now.. what kind of family is this that no one can tell him what to do.. you know... we just do not really want to use violence to get him out of the house.. it would probably get him out.. but that would not change much, would it? He would just go and get in to trouble and maybe never get out of what he might be in already.. as i said.. we dont know what is going on with him... BUT what i do know is... that God can change this situation. God can make a difference.. and i know God does have a great plan for his life too.. Elvis is not a "stupid" boy.. other than having problems going to school.. when he is there, he is actually doing real good. So please pray for him, even though you might not know him personally. If you read this.. or recieve this in an email.. please pray. I am really worried about him. I have tried to talk with him, but it has not got me anywhere. .. but i do know God will help.God has a plan. Please pray for him and for my parents and family to be strong and to get guidance from God for how to deal with this problem.. it just brakes my heart to see him suffering and i dont seem to be able to do anything to help and i honestly do not know what to do...

It has been snowing all day long... and it is getting really cold outside.. looks real good when you look out the window.. im not sure if id want to be outside though.... would be fun to have snowfight with someone right now though ;) so thats how the weather is in Tallinn today.... but in the office IT IS SOO SOO SOO HOT and there is not much air to breathe but as soon as the window gets opened, it gets so so so cold because the wind is blowing exactly to the windows.. so i have 2 stages.. eiter i am way too hot.. or i am cold... :).. im not complaining though. i know some people are in a worse situation than i am . So thank you God for giving me warm place to work. :)

Little Peter came in to the office with Clarks today :) it was soo cool to play with him. I noticed him liking to play trums. He took chriss trum sticks and banged against the safe here in the office. made a lot of noice but it was fun to look at him :) he was really enjoyin it. well, i guess all little kids love to make noise.. :) anyways, i loved having him here, playin around :) and eatin a banana with me :)

well, i gotta go now. got MAIL TODAY, regular mail.. and i think i know where i got it from so i cant wait to get home and read what it says. so ill run now.

Hi you all. Well, i started with my webpage some time ago and i sent the url off to you and then i thought that hey, whats the point of having a web page without being able to really tell what im up to. well, i was thinking about writing about what im up to in my web page but it was way too complicated and slow so i thought id rather save up time i dont really have anyways, and do it in an easyer way. Use the blogspot and list it up on my web page so you can just click and read it. So.. here i am doing this blog thing some of you have done for quite a long before me . I havent got a faintest idea what i will tell you when i blog but it cant be too hard to tell you what im up to. That is if im up to anything besides work... :) :)
